My dress

I paid for my wedding dress. I did not receive my dress by the due date. I contacted Mischelle and she said she would look into it. I got no response. I reached out again and the response I got was what did I want to do about getting my dress or a refund. I replied I want my refund because my dress was not delivered at the time it was guaranteed. I have tried multiple times to their email because I never received a refund for my dress even after they said they were going to send it to me. I have an email from the company early in April stating my refund was on the way. Marie 612-205-****

User's recommendation: Poor communication. They did not deliver my wedding dress within the time they assured me. I had to use alternative dress. After multiple emails Mischelle replied back to me that a refund will be issued to me. This was almost TWO months ago! And still I have not received my refund. Thank you Bridesire got crushing me on my wedding day.

COULD NEVER SPEAK TO ANYONE. ADVERTISEMENTS KEPT COMING UP. I NEED TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN DRESS. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE BLUE AND ITS GRAY

Con artists not posted on Facebook since 2014 not on twitter since 2012 I met a woman who showed she had payed for wedding dress and not received it no contact with said company as they don’t reply

IT'S A SCAM!!!

BEWARE! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Just set your money on fire, you'll get the same outcome. Merchandise is from Shanghai and smells like a chemical sweatshop. I shipped my dress back and received it again in the mail 5 months later! Credit card number was changed because I wouldn't put it paste this company to steal in more than one way. This site should be shut down! Expectations versus reality was a lie. My older mother just wanted to buy me something pretty. She's not fully aware of how dark the internet can be. The disappointment on her face was tear-jerking. I took care of return shipping and the package was sent back to me with an "address cannot be found" label.

Never got money refund

Please do NOT BUY from bridesire a dress. The size was totally different than ordered. I ordered UK size 12, but received size corresponding to size 18 minimum. I wrote them that I am returning the dress and after 5 months from returning the dress, I do not have Money refund. They never replied on my emails and a man on helpdesk will always say the same things: we will check with our financial department. They never did check and never replied back. Their business behaviour is not professional at all. When you send your dress back, you will never receive a Money refund.

Did you get your refund? I sent mine back to China because it took so long to arrive I ordered a different gown, then when it sid finally arrive, it was a total piece of cheap trash, and they claim it never arrived.

Which was a total lie.

I went back and forth for MONTHS with them and never got my money back. BBB couldn't do anything because even though their site says it's in NJ, it's not even in this country.
