I had a very bad experience with I didn't expect !

I order a dress "# 2015062313340018" from on June 23, 2015, once I received it I found not matching with the pictures I saw on the website, even its color. So I asked them for sending back the dress and refund, and we agreed about that, and I paid extra charges for sending it back.

I send the dress on July,20, 2015, and attached the receipt and tracking.

I send many emails and this issue has been ignored for long time without any response !

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. marydayeh12 stated that there is a room for improvement of refusal of refund and items not as described. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of bridesire refund policy and associated monetary loss in the amount of $186. Bridesire needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
